There's laundry, dishes, the dog threw up in the living room, the toilet is leaking, you need new tires, the economy is going to shit, your meds continue to rise in cost, dinner needs made... inhale

Stop, take a breath, and handle what you DO have control over.

Then, take a nap. Existing can be exhausting.
